Local Pickup Policy

At Koenen Customs, we are pleased to offer a convenient local pickup option for our customers in the El Paso area. Please review the following guidelines for arranging your pickup: 

 1. Pickup Hours: Local pickups can be arranged from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please note that we do not offer pickups on weekends or public holidays. 

 2. Notification for Pickup: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email. After receiving the notification, please contact us via text at 910-853-4133 or 254-317-4154 to arrange a specific time for your curbside pickup. 

 3. Arranging Your Pickup: To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please reach out to us via text to schedule a pickup time. We will provide you with a specific curbside location where your order will be available for pickup. This ensures a smooth and convenient experience for you. 

 4. Important Reminders: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid ID matching your invoice when picking up your order. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your notification. After this period, unclaimed orders may be subject to cancellation.
